1 Launch Agreement
A “Launch Agreement” is signed with the Client to initiate the design process.
2 Land Survey
A topographical survey is done to confirm the onsite plot dimensions. This will also identify and locate BESCOM point, BWSSB water inlet point and Sewage outlet point etc.
3 Floor Plan
Floor plans with furniture layouts are designed taking into consideration the client’s requirements and enhanced by the architect’s aesthetics sense.
4 Government Approvals
Once the floor plans are finalised, a sanction drawing is prepared based on BDA / BBMP / BMRDA / Panchayat or relevant governing authority guidelines. Approval process is initiated with the authorities after all the documentation is collected and validated.
5 Soil Test
Soil test with the required 2 or 3 bore points is carried out based on the size of the plot and to ascertain load bearing capacity of the soil.
6 3D / Working Drawings / Detail Drawings
3D external views are conceptualized and finalized. Structural drawings are done based on the soil report. A final set of drawings with working plans, elevations, sections, doors /window details, grill details, electrical and plumbing drawings are drafted and handed over to the
7 Execution Agreement
A final quote is prepared based on the final set drawings and built up area. An “Execution Agreement” is signed with the Client.
